Special attention is given while providing this training so that the customers donot feel any problems while implementing the softwares. INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT
INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT is a software developed by TCS. Its backend part is developed using ORACLE and the front-end part is developed using D2K. The training is provided on all the modules, the software comprises.
The lease line that is used by the clients have a speed of 32kbps and 128kbps . The server side uses the 128 kbps line and others share the 32kbps line. We take care of the total line so that the lines are quick and have less congestion. We take care of cable faults anywhere in the total network and see to that the network is quick at all times.
The Modem we do maintenance and troubleshooting on, are of type ADLSI, which is used for connecting leaselines. We set the desired network connection at client place using the Modem and Router. We configure the routers(of any type) at the client side, with their desired profile. Once installed we do take care of the problems related to the devices. We regularly do maintenance and troubleshooting of the devices.
The network that we install in the client side are done using the Local Area Network(LAN). The clients are connected to the server-side using the Wide Area Network(WAN). We see to that the network is as fast as possible by using different techniques which comprises of setting up the right topology in the client side and also outside between the client side and the server side. We also do regular maintenance of the networks, and troubleshoot the problems.
The desktops at the client side are taken care by us. By desktop, we mean to take care of all the problems related to the individual client machines. Special emphasis is given to the user needs in this case so that the users get what they want in their desktop.
The client Departments at times needs to get connected to each other. At other times the clients needs to synchronize the data to the server side. The synchronization dosent happen quite often, but happens at long regular intervals althrough the financial year. Some clients needs to get connected with each other at all times. Last but most importantly, the local head office needs to synchronize the data once in a year to the main head office in Delhi.
