Introduction
This software generally covers product category, products, product specification, supplier, current stock, current demand, out of stock item, reorder level and finallym, all the report on PIS for analysis purpose. It is also used for making the enquiry to the vendors if there is a need of procurement. Quotations are also generated using PIS. These quotations go to the purchaser. Vendor details are also stored in PIS. PIS is needed to successfully categories the products in its desired format. PIS is a module without which the whole system won't be able to work. For many companies, products are the ones, which effects almost every transaction. So most companies need a software to deal with the products in the desired way, so that the inputs and the outputs related to the product are taken into account in a computerized way.
